Why We Do It
Founder and CEO, Mark Lewis’s past experience managing in-house IT departments and directing advanced technical engineering gave him a deep understanding of how businesses confront challenges in the digital workplace. Technology can cause friction and hinder productivity, but we believe it doesn’t have to.
The ABS Way
At the outset of the business, Mark spent several weeks creating the “ABS Way”, the principles and tools that enable our team to provide the highest quality of customer service.
