How we work together to solve our customers' problems and proactively keep the business up and running.
There are two kinds of business: planned work, such as installing a new computer next Tuesday at 10:00, and then unplanned work – something has broken and doesn’t work. Holes are planned in our technicians’ days for these types of events. The tech support team is out on location, and if an emergency call comes in and someone is close to the caller and can be directed over quickly, they do that. If there’s a down situation, someone can be there in the drive time it takes, and this is not hard to do. Everyone is not always on something critical at the same time, and there is always someone who can move from what they are doing that is non-essential to an emergency situation.

At ABS everyone knows what the end result with the customer is supposed to be. If the phone rings and someone has a problem or is unhappy, everyone at ABS knows what has to be done, and all work together to get that customer happy again, or to keep that customer happy. ABS has a focused approach to customer service, but it goes beyond this. Everyone at ABS knows his or her role and what has to be done when there is a problem or an emergency.
