Proactive Philosophy Maintenance contracts cover anything that was working when the contract was signed. Basically, if it used to work and now it does not, it is covered under a maintenance contract. Items not covered would be anything new or anything strategic like replacement of work stations, new software installations, and/or new technology.

Process for becoming a new ABS contract client and benefitting from proactive solutions:

  1. ABS gathers all necessary account information.
  2. A contract is written, delivered and signed by the client.
  3. Once the contract is signed, a tech is dispatched to visit the client onsite and gather all relevant information.
  4. Information is used to create client’s Customer Hand Book.
  5. The client is added to Weekly Contract Check Sheet.
  6. Technical staff performs weekly checks of each maintenance contract client, paying close attention to problematic areas such as:
    1. Backups
    2. Hard drive space
    3. Event logs
    4. Antivirus
